A weekend away from the noise, but not from your ambition.

Join us for three days of restoration, brilliant conversation and proper space to think in the beautiful Brecon Beacons.

We’ll walk in the hills, practise yoga, eat extremely well, brave some cold water if we fancy it, gather around the fire and leave plenty of room to simply slow down and enjoy being there.

Along the way, Sara and Becca will facilitate three Foundry conversations designed to help you take stock, think a little bigger and return home clearer about what matters next.

Open to all women, whether you’re already part of The Foundry or completely new to us - come with a friend or come knowing nobody. You’ll be warmly welcomed either way.

Payment and Cancellation

A £195 initial payment secures your place, with the remaining balance payable by bank transfer in two instalments on 1 September and 1 October 2026.

We know plans can change. As The Foundry Retreat is a small residential event, the amount we can refund will depend on how close to the retreat you cancel, the costs we have already committed to and whether we are able to resell your place. If we successfully resell your place, we will refund payments that are no longer required to cover our reasonable costs and losses.

You are also welcome to transfer your place to another eligible attendee, subject to availability and our agreement.
