This 2-hour clay workshop is designed for anyone (ages 10+ recommended) looking for a relaxed, creative studio experience—no prior clay experience needed.

Discover a fun new way to decorate pottery using underglaze decals on newsprint.

In this workshop, you’ll create your own underglaze designs on newsprint, then transfer them onto one of my leather-hard ceramic pieces for a beautiful, layered effect. Think of it as painting pottery with a twist — a little printmaking, a little clay magic, and a whole lot of creative freedom.

Once your design is transferred, you can keep it soft and painterly or add extra carved details to bring more texture and personality to your piece. No experience is needed — we’ll guide you step by step, and all materials and tools will be provided.

Come explore this playful ceramic technique and create a piece that feels truly one of a kind.

Your piece will be fired and ready for pickup a few weeks later.
