The Gaffe is Bristol’s & The South-West’s leading comedy club. It came from humble begins, founded by Harry Allmark in 2020 as The Room Above, a small club above a pub in Bristol it quickly grew to being a favourite among audiences and comedians alike.

In January 2025 we launch our brand new home, The Gaffe, an intimate, welcoming, club in the heart of Bristol’s City Centre. With shows taking place every night of the week at The Gaffe or one of our sister venues, The Robin Hood & Basement 45, The Gaffe will be platforming the incredible talent across the
South-West, blended with the best comedic talent on the international comedy circuit.
