Junk Journalling with Ali Reeve

MEET YOUR TUTOR — ALI REEVE ✂️📚

We’re really excited to be welcoming Ali Reeve from Stamps Away to The Galleria.

Ali is a qualified teacher, mixed-media artist and experienced craft tutor, and runs Stamps Away with her husband Paul.

She’s known for her love of experimental crafting, bookbinding, paper arts and creating with found and recycled materials — which has earned her the rather brilliant nickname ‘the crafting Womble’

Ali has demonstrated on Hobbymaker TV and teaches everything from bookbinding and mixed media to altered books, handmade paper, glass fusing and felting.

And she’s coming to us to teach Junk Journalling!

You’ll start by making your own simple journal, before Ali shows you how to fill and transform the pages using papers, ephemera, layering, collage and different mixed-media techniques.

📅 Sunday 25th October | 3–6pm
📅 Thursday 29th October | 2–5pm

Basically, three hours of cutting, sticking, layering and finally proving that keeping random little bits of paper was completely justified all along
