The Gather x International Women’s Day

INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY.

I always like to bring women together around this date with a gathering, so I’m planning a beautiful immersive day retreat from @flowstatehove on Saturday March 9th in celebration of IWD.

The day will commence with a luxurious 2 hour embodied yoga & movement practice, set to a carefully curated and emotive playlist, followed by a stomp to the beach to breathe in some fresh sea air into our lungs and optional sea swim.

We’ll return for a colourful tasty plant based brunch with fresh juices created by Nicola from The Kleen Kitchen and open conversation with like-minded souls.

The day will draw to a close with an immersive sound ceremony held by Sam from IO Project.

We’ll have some goodies from some of our favourite brands to take away with you.

The day will bring together the elements of breath, movement, sound, taste, water and connection…
