The Gather - BRAVE

BRAVE.

It takes a lot of courage and bravery doesn’t it? This thing called life as a grown up.

We have so many responsibilities, passions, drive, commitments. We often have to be really quite brave in difficult situations…as we navigate factors like loss, grief, birth, parenting, choosing not to parent, work challenges, money worries, influxes of news that we try take on board and make a difference..

I’d love to open up a conversation with my next Gather on about bravery.
How we manage to be brave. How we are managing and often how we don’t manage and what this looks and feels like.

Often I dont feel like being brave…but life needs me to be. I know I’m not alone.

Being an adult is a lot.

Can we come together to chat openly about this vast topic (aren’t they all pretty expansive..) - but also to discuss the brave things we dare and chose to do as an adult, as a woman.
Pushing the boundaries of life, breaking the mould, getting scared, being brave and doing it anyway. Confronting a situation, creating a circumstance that we know is outside of a comfort zone…there is so much to talk about!

So I invite you to join me at @flowstatehove 7-9pm on Thursday 18th  July.

As per, we’ll sit in circle with a tea or a glass of wine, together with other wonderful women and openly discuss and share what comes up - in a safe space of support & solidarity as always 🫶🏼
