Wildly Wintering ~ Sussex day retreat

An ode to slowing down, coming together & embracing the depth of the season...

As winter invites us to slow down, soften and turn inwards, I'd love to invite you to join me for one final soulful Sussex retreat, before I make my departure for North Devon.

And so, I've lovingly curated a rather special, slow, sensual and deeply nourishing day of movement, warmth, winter feasting, wild wanderings, candlelight, sauna & cold water immersion, breathwork, the magic of sound and deep rest. The day offers a chance to step out of the noise and fully back into yourself - we'll embrace the elements, connect with nature and celebrate the simplicity and joy of being human together at the beautiful location of Hackhurst Farm in the South Downs.

This gathering holds a little extra magic for me. The universe has offered up some twists & turns on my journey to departing...so I am still here - and before I finally embark upon the next new chapter, it feels only right to bring our beautiful community together one last time.
