The Gather - BODY TALK

As a woman, how do you feel about your body?

I'm pretty sure we've all been on an interesting journey to this date with how we respect / detest / care / love and protect our beautiful bodies.

As women, we come in all shapes and sizes and are constantly reminded through pressures of the media and the other factors that we must look a certain way. This Gather was almost called COMPARISON because it's everywhere...but how do we let go of the noise from around us, fall in love with our bodies and feel true contentment with all that we are and all that we have? 

In February's Gather we will discuss alllllllll of this in detail, hearing different stories and twists and turns that make up the beautiful rare tapestry of life and also gain some really interesting and insightful knowledge from Therapeutic Body Coach, Laura Phelan.

There's something so special about these meet ups - it's about coming together in solidarity, support, love and connection. We're all in this together.
