The Gather - VISION

July's Gather and the last one for a couple of months while I, (Deanne) bow out a little to take it slow and embrace the arrival of my little girl - will focus on the theme of VISION.

Often we start the year by creating our intentions (as we did together), setting some goals and plans to help structure the year, these can often be grand plans but also life can get super busy and especially in the summer when there is so much going on - so we've decided to host this mid-year Gather to re-connect with these intuitions, plans, goals and visions by hosting a creative and fun session of Vision Boarding with the wonderful Toni Finnimore.

Toni is the founder of The Social Society - a volunteer and events community that provides underfunded charities with members from their community. Volunteers share skills, time and expertise to help local charities do what they do best and keep our communities afloat. In addition to volunteering they also run pop up events across the Uk to reduce isolation and loneliness. In a nutshell, she's a wonderful human and also friggin' funny as hell!

Visualisation is one of the most powerful mind exercises you can possibly do. Olympic athletes have used visualisation to win gold medals and improve performance for decades, business leaders use it to reach their full potential, increase focus, reduce stress, find love, you name it visualisation is powerful!

So we'll get together as usual in circle, to chat and discuss where we're at mid-way through the year, to also check in with how we're all doing - then create our vision boards of kick-ass goals. The purpose of a vision board is about bringing everything on it to life, It's about setting yourself some really clear visual goals and dreams and going out and grabbing them!

Expect an evening of love, fun, energy and a whole heap of sticky crafting!

Just bring yourself and your creativity, vision boarding materials and guidance supplied...unless you have anything specific that you wish to add to your board to take home.

Really looking forward to us gathering again at Flow State xx
