Hull is getting its BIGGEST card show and what's even better is its curated by collectors, for collectors. We know what we would want at an event!

The Geek Experience Card Show is brought to you by local lads with a genuine passion for trading cards, this event has been years in the making. We wanted to create something special for our hometown, not just another travelling card show, but a true community event where collectors of all ages can buy, trade, relax, and enjoy the hobby together.

What to Expect

🃏 100 Card Vendor Tables

A huge range of vendors covering Pokémon, One Piece, sports cards, and more — whether you’re hunting grails, sealed products, or bargain singles, there’s something for every collector.

We have Robert Matthew Davies who designed a range of Lorcana artworks coming! We have some amazing content creators, Feya, Chloe Hill, Mub Mob... more to be announced!

🎉 Family-Friendly Foyer Entertainment

The foyer will be packed with fun for everyone, including cake stalls, comic books, 3D-printed collectibles, and other unique trader stalls — making this a great day out for families as well as hardcore collectors. Children Under 5 Go Free.

🤝 Trade Night After the Show

Once the main show wraps up, stick around for our dedicated trade night — the perfect chance to relax, open packs, meet other collectors, and trade cards in a friendly, social atmosphere. Trade Nights starts at 4.30pm, tickets allow re-entry for the trade night.

🍴 Event-Exclusive Food

Food will be provided by the chefs of the DoubleTree, with special dishes created just for the event (details to be confirmed).

🍺 Bar Available

A fully stocked bar will be open throughout the event for drinks and refreshments.

🚗 Parking

Parking is available behind the venue, with multiple options nearby. Full details will be confirmed closer to the event.

Why This Show Is Different

This isn’t a show dropped into Hull for a weekend and moved on.

This is a local show, built by locals, who have wanted for years to bring a proper trading card event to their home city. We have created something we would want to see, not just a hall and a load of vendors thrown in!

Our goal is simple:

to celebrate the hobby, support the community, and create an event that feels personal, welcoming, and passion-driven for collectors and families too, this is  not just another stop on a nationwide circuit is an experience.
