Breathwork for Trans Imaginality - IN PERSON Los Angeles!

Come Breathe Together - Into Possibility, Into Care.

There's a certain magic that happens when trans folks gather together. As we face the challenges of this moment, we need that magic more than ever. Despite our best intentions and practices, its easy to find our bodies and spirits inundated with muck of These Times™️. What we need is softness, care, and the ability to release, safely. 

Breathwork supports us in many ways, including in moving energy through the body. I've been wanting to host in-person breathwork in Los Angeles for years now, but the logistical challenges of needing a space that was both private and covid safe-er made that incredibly challenging. Then an incredible venue seemingly came from nowhere, right when we need it the most.

On Sunday, November 2nd, come and breathe with Eli (The Gender Doula) and other members of the community as we lean together to create a web of connection, support, and care. We will take the time to set intentions, breathe together, and then talk about whatever came up for us with the breath. There will be snacks and water provided, but you must bring your own yoga mat/bolsters/cushions/blankets, whatever you need to be able to lay down comfortably on the (hard) floor.

Covid Info: The entire space will be opened up on multiple sides, so there should be a very decent cross breeze. For folks who want/need it, at least 2-3 folks can be fully outside on a deck. Masks are welcomed, but please be advised that it can be challenging to do breathwork in a mask. Anyone with symptoms of any kind must stay home.

• Time: 3pm - 6 pm (may end early)
• Exchange: Sliding scale, $25-$40-$60
• Venue: In Silverlake. For security purposes the exact address will go out the day before.
• Provided: Breathwork, water, snacks
  
• Important info: You must bring your own yoga mat/blanket/pillow/bolster/cushion etc., anything you need to be comfy and cozy on a hard floor in a house with a strong cross breeze. Only 15 spots available.
