Farm to Fire - an educational butchering, cooking, and dinner event

Join us at the Golden Hoof for an educational butchering demo, fire and cooking class, and dinner!

The evening includes:

• An educational half-beef butchering demonstration with Robert Grant of Greener Pasture Co.

• Followed by a fire & cooking class to learn preparation & techniques.

• Finish with a meal provided by S&G culinary in collaboration with The Golden Hoof
