For one day only, on Monday 15th September, the award-winning farm-to-table experience ‘A Day at Our Farm’ is coming to London for a special pop-up event, running throughout the day.
In the evening, members are invited to join us at a topical discussion on regenerative farming and the principles of farm-to-table dining. As a member, you’ll have exclusive access to farm-to-fork pioneer Simon Rogan, and his team, Oli Marlow, Liam Fitzpatrick and Paul Burgalières, who will be in conversation with Adam Hyman, publisher/owner of The Good Food Guide.
During the discussion, the panel will explore:
- How growers and chefs from Our Farm collaborate to plan, plant, harvest, and craft extraordinary plates of food, in which every ingredient counts and shines through.
- Regenerative farming practices including innovative ways to minimise waste, from composting to creating small-batch pickles, ferments, and oils from surplus ingredients.
- How these methods not only work to protect the planet but also result in more flavourful dishes for diners and long-term benefits to restaurants.
