Kind Poetry for International Poetry Day

Join your host Esmé Patey-Ford to showcase the poems created by the young people of Frome on the theme of imagining more kindness

Esmé has been visiting the schools of Frome in recent weeks, sharing stories and creating kindness kennings in assemblies.  She says: 'Thank you for your time, imagination and generosity, and everything you're helping us to create on our kindness quest!  We have received so many responses to our request for poems from the young people of Frome, and we are having a wonderful time preparing to share them in multiple ways across our town during The Kindness Festival.'

Now we'd like to invite you to join our special celebration event.  You'll be able to see example of the wonderful poems and learn more about how we're sharing them - you'll also be able to hear some of them read aloud.

We really hope you'll join us, on International Poetry Day, to celebrate this amazing achievement by all the young people of Frome!
