What happens when accountability becomes a business? In Steph Del Rosso’s sharp, darkly funny satire, men accused of sexual misconduct enter a futuristic rehabilitation center designed to reform them. When idealistic new employee Tess joins the organization, she quickly discovers that redemption becomes complicated when good intentions collide with technology, corporate ambition, and profit. The Gradient challenges audiences to examine power, forgiveness, and who gets to decide when someone has truly changed.

About The Company

Founded in 2022 by visionary artist Christian Alexander, Campfire emerged from the COVID hiatus of 2020, born out of a desire to bring authentic and enriching theatrical experiences to diverse communities. Christian Alexander's inaugural play, "Elastic Mind," staged in Chicago, marked the beginning of our journey to mirror the rich tapestry of our community. Inspired by campfire storytelling, we aim to celebrate the unique voices of Chicago, illuminating the path towards unity and empathy through the transformative power of theatre.
