A local Wedding Show...Presented The GrandWay Events Centre. The Wedding Experience welcomes newly engaged couples and wedding vendors from all over Wellington County!

THIS FORM IS FOR VENDORS registering for The Wedding Experience, hosted at The GrandWay Events Centre. Please fill out the below form fully. This event is for all wedding vendors from all over Wellington County. There are limited spots available for each category, however, if a vendor type fills up please email bookings@thegrandway.com to get on the waitlist!  We look forward to having you join us!

NEW THIS YEAR - we've revised the timing, we have added refreshments and snacks for vendors, limited the number of vendors, and made the process more streamline!

Set up: 8:00 am to 10:30 am
10 ft booths = $200 (+tax) (Sorry NO REFUNDS)
Includes = 2 chairs, 1x 6 ft table, a tablecloth

Important Notes:

• You'll get a 6-foot table, linen, and two chairs.
• Please check off on the Order Form if you need electricity at your booth.
• We will have a space for snacks and refreshments for vendors.
• You can choose to add a gift into the attendee bags. (Coupons, giveaways, or more are accepted. You must be able to provide 200 pieces). Please let us know by Jan 3, 2025 what it will be.
• You can also add a prize for the GRAND PRIZE draw. Please let us know by Jan 3, 2025 what it will be.
• Please choose the vendor type that best suits your business from the list of 'ticket' choices. There is a limited amount of spots for each vendor type. If you are trying to register, but the vendor 'ticket' allotment is full, please reach out to us at bookings@thegrandway.com to be placed on a waitlist.
