Get the best view of the races by reserving a private VIP table in the Captain's Quarters – a tiered indoor dining room upstairs at Elements Casino, directly overlooking the track.

PLEASE NOTE: If you do not purchase the entire table, other guests may purchase the other seats and may be seated with you. If you like making friends, this is a great option, however, if you prefer a private dining experience, please purchase the entire table.

Hot Buffet Menu:

• Garden Salad Bar - A vibrant assortment of local crisp garden greens, seasonal vegetables, and house-made dressings with a variety of toppings.
• Fruit Platter - A selection of ripe, seasonal fruits.
• Vegetable Platter - A colorful display of fresh and local crisp vegetables served with a creamy ranch dressing.
• Slow-Roasted Sliced Turkey with Gravy - Tender, slow-roasted turkey breast, thinly sliced and served with rich, savory gravy.
• Poached Salmon - Delicately poached salmon, light and flaky, finished with fresh dill beurre blanc.
• Herbed Heirloom Potatoes - Oven-roasted and finished with herbs and olive oil.
• Fire-Roasted Vegetables - A medley of seasonal vegetables roasted to perfection, finished with a touch of tomato sauce.
• Strawberry Shortcake - Light, fluffy cake layered with sweet strawberries and fresh whipped cream.
• Coffee, tea, and soft drinks!

Doors open at 11:30am and the buffet will be ready shortly after (approx. 11:45am).

Food will stay out for a limited time due to Public Health requirements, but we promise no one will go hungry!

There will be a bar available to purchase alcoholic drinks all afternoon.
