Join us for Leaflet Exchange 2025.

Come and see what other tourism businesses have planned for the year ahead, swap industry news, spark collaborations and make useful connections with accommodation providers and tour operators:

We’d love to see representatives from:

  • Visitor attractions
  • Activities and experiences (SUP, sail, surf, kayak, kiteboard, cycling, walking, food, wine)
  • Visitor accommodation
  • Events venues and managers
  • Transport companies (coach operators, cycle hire)

Leaflet Exchange is run by The Great Sussex Way, the body responsible for tourism across the Chichester district working to maximise visibility and increase opportunities for businesses by working collaboratively.

We have worked hard to keep costing at last year's price : tables are £75 (inc VAT).
This includes a table and two representatives. One business per table. Refreshments will be served.

You will be able to access your floor space from 8.30am to set up your tables which, as usual, will be provided. Exhibitors are invited to bring along any promotional materials.

Please note the new venue at Chichester College.
Vehicle unloading will be available at the front of the college, with parking available in the main college car park at the back of the college once you are unloaded. A map marking these locations can be found at the foot of this page. We will recirculate these details nearer the time.

Accommodation providers and those wishing to visit for networking: no registration is required, please come along from 10am - 1pm.
