Pop Up Pub and Vinyl Record Night Halloween Special

Our FREE* chilled out Pop up Pub DIY DJ night returns to the leafy gardens of The Green Place this time with a spooky Halloween vibe!

With quirky outdoor pods, there is plenty of space to sit and enjoy a drink from our bar, serving fair priced wine, bottled ales and ciders. The cafe will be open serving hot chocolate, tea coffee, soft drinks and snacks.

On the garden stage there will be a music DJ with a chance for you to play 20 minutes of your favourite music. This month our theme is 'Stranger Things' the hit Netflix series. Check out the playlist from the series or simply come along with some creepy and fun tunes.

No experience required, just bring your records (or cds if you have to) and let the audience get a flavour of your musical taste. New decks provided by Michael D and overseen by our resident ex pirate radio DJ. Register with a free 'DJ' ticket.

Also in the garden will be fire pits, marshmallow toasting and popcorn making, a secondhand book hut to peruse and chill out spaces around the bar.

Got a group coming? Why not book our yurt tent for you and your friends (up to 20) and have your own private space to chat and enjoy the evening under cover. Click our 'select tickets' button to book.

Well behaved kids and dogs welcome. Please do not bring your own alcohol! This is like any other pub, where you would not be allowed to bring your own drinks in.

*It is free entry but a donation really helps The Green Place survive and continue to do good things. You can do it via the 'select tickets' button. Thank you.
