Over four highly interactive sessions, you'll develop practical ways to:

• manage your own emotions and presence as a coach

Great coaching isn't simply about knowing what to teach.

It's about understanding how people learn, think, feel and respond.

The Happy Brain approach brings together practical insights from learning, psychology, communication, behaviour and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) to help you understand the human being sitting on the horse.

You'll explore three essential elements of excellent coaching:

CLARITY

Create learning experiences that have clear purpose and structure, helping riders understand, remember and apply what they learn.

COMMUNICATION

Develop greater flexibility in how you communicate, so you can find the approach that helps the individual rider understand and progress.

CONFIDENCE

Understand how emotional state influences learning and performance—and develop practical ways to influence both your rider's confidence, and your own.

This isn't another webinar where you sit quietly and take notes.

FEEC is deliberately limited to 12 coaches.

The sessions are interactive, practical and grounded in real equestrian coaching experiences.

You'll be encouraged to bring your own sticky and tricky coaching situations so we can explore what's happening, what might be getting in the way and what you could do differently.

The aim isn't to give you another rigid coaching formula.

It's to give you more choices.

So, when one approach isn't working, you have the awareness, flexibility and confidence to try another.

Who is FEEC for?

FEEC is designed for riding coaches who want to become more confident, adaptable and effective in the way they work with people.

It may be particularly valuable if you:

• coach riders whose confidence or nerves affect their performance
• sometimes struggle to get an idea to "land" with a particular rider
• want riders to think and problem-solve rather than depend on constant instruction
• are developing your own coaching skills or preparing for assessment
