There are moments in life when we realise that healing is not about becoming someone new. It is about remembering who we are beneath the roles we play, the expectations we carry, and the layers we have gathered along the way.

At this time of year, nature is abundant. Everything is in bloom, expressing itself fully. It reminds us that we too have a natural state, a way of being that feels aligned, authentic, and connected to something deeper within.

This immersive afternoon is an invitation to slow down and step away from the busyness of everyday life. A chance to reconnect with your breath, your body, your heart, and the sacred essence of who you are. Through ceremonial cacao, guided meditation, shamanic journeying, conscious connected breathwork, and sound healing, we will create a safe and nurturing space to release what no longer serves, listen to the wisdom within, and reconnect with the parts of ourselves that may have been forgotten, neglected, or lost along the way.

Together, we will journey inward, reconnect with our inner wisdom, and remember the wholeness that has always been there. A gentle invitation to come home to yourself.

The ceremony will be facilitated by Nadia and supported by guest facilitator and Sound Healing Practitioner Theana. The afternoon will conclude with an extended one-hour sound healing journey, offering space for deep rest, integration, and reflection.

What to Expect: This 4-hour immersive ceremony unfolds through a series of carefully held phases designed to guide you inward, reconnect with your inner vitality, and honour this seasonal turning point.

Embodiment & Somatic Opening Through gentle movement and grounding practices, we begin to reconnect with the body, releasing held tension and awakening a deeper sense of presence. Ceremonial Cacao We begin with heart-opening cacao. This sacred plant medicine softens the heart, awakens the senses, and deepens connection to intuition and Spirit. Shamanic Journey & Sacred Sound Guided by drum, rattle, and chimes, you’ll be invited to journey within, meeting inner guidance, ancestors, or spirit allies. The vibration of sound opens energetic pathways, grounding the body and expanding the subtle awareness beyond words. Conscious Connected Breathwork The breath becomes your bridge between worlds. Through a 40-minute breathwork journey, you’ll release tension and stagnant energy, returning to your natural rhythm and inner truth. Sound Healing Journey You will be immersed in a restorative sound journey guided by Theana using crystal, singing bowls and chimes. The vibrational tones invite relaxation and support the body in gently integrating the experience. Integration & Closing We end with reflective sharing, gentle grounding to anchor your experience
