December can be a month full of plans, expectations and things to do. Among all of this, we can lose touch with how we’re feeling and what we need. This gathering is an invitation to slow down, be together, connect and surrender to the breath and sound and give ourselves some care and attention. You might arrive feeling tired, happy, emotional, or simply ready to lie down and rest. Whatever you bring, you’re welcome.

Through ceremonial cacao, gentle movement, Conscious Connected Breathwork and a restorative sound journey, we’ll spend time listening to the body and noticing how we feel when we give ourselves room to pause.

What to Expect: This 3-hour immersive ceremony unfolds through a series of carefully held phases designed to guide you inward, reconnect with your inner vitality, and honour this seasonal turning point.

Embodiment & Somatic Opening Through gentle movement and grounding practices, we begin to reconnect with the body, releasing held tension and awakening a deeper sense of presence. Ceremonial Cacao We begin with heart-opening cacao. This sacred plant medicine softens the heart, awakens the senses, and deepens connection to intuition and Spirit. Conscious Connected Breathwork The breath becomes your bridge between worlds. Through a 40-minute breathwork journey, you’ll release tension and stagnant energy, returning to your natural rhythm and inner truth. Sound Healing Journey You will be immersed in a restorative sound journey guided by Maia, using gongs, crystal singing bowls and chimes. The vibrational tones invite relaxation and support the body in gently integrating the experience. Integration & Closing We end with reflective sharing, gentle grounding to anchor your experience
