The Herb Society Online Event - 24th May 2025

Saturday 24th May 10.30am to 12.00 noon.

This is our second online event of 2025 - the only event of the year open to both members and non members.

Join us to hear from two very inspiring speakers:

Kim Walker 
Herbalist, author and teacher

Kim teaches botany, research and medicine making at Betonica School of Herbal Medicine and will be sharing her knowledge on how to study herbs and herbalism.

Asa Kaur

Asa is a discerning and principled advocate for sustainable and ethical living, with a record of work across strategic development, philanthropy and intercultural engagement. Asa will be sharing her perspective on the Spiritual and Cultural connotations of herbs in India.

Each talk will last around 30 minutes, followed by a short Q&A session.

We will be hosting our event on Zoom. The event will be recorded to enable those who have pre-purchased a ticket to view the event again, or watch the recorded version if it's not convenient to join during the live session itself. For your privacy, we start the recording with all cameras off and you MUST keep your camera off if you do not wish to be seen on the recorded version.

Tickets cost just £5 for members and £10 for non members. This will also give you access to the recorded version as soon as it's ready to share after the event. All associated costs are included in the ticket fee, including booking and transaction fees.

Members - to access your special price tickets you need the enter the TICKET ACCESS CODE which has been sent to you in an email about this event and you'll need your THS membership number - simply LOG IN to your Herb Society account and your membership number will be showing on your dashboard. 

Please purchase a ticket ahead of the event if you are unable to join on the day but would like to watch the recorded version later, as tickets will no longer be available to purchase once ticket sales are closed.

Ticket sales will close at 11:00pm on Thursday 22nd May 2025. 

Zoom details and joining instructions will be sent to your email address 24 hours before the event starts, and again one hour before the event starts.
