This is a 5 week course for new mums and babies from (approx) 6 weeks - crawling. (If your baby is younger just contact me to have a chat and see if you think it’s suitable for you and your baby!) 

 Baby Bees Yoga classes offer a lovely combination of postnatal yoga for mums which I know works and gentle baby yoga movements and sensory practises that keep baby entertained and help their development in so many amazing ways.

This is a baby class with a difference having a focus on looking after the mother, post natal recovery and building a support circle. These classes have developed from my personal experience trying to maintain my own yoga practise after 4 pregnancies and from completing specialist Pre and postnatal Yoga training. As a yoga teacher and therapist I can give specific advice and offer a unique approach that gives many options and to adapt each class to the specific needs of the group.

When you sign up to this class you can become part of our "Community Hive". A private online group of awesome mamas that share, support and empower each other!  I also arrange an intergenerational session each term at Montpellier Care Home Stainton which is optional. 

The cost of the classes includes a hot drink of choice and sweet treats each week (homemade if I'm having a good day) I can't wait to welcome you and your little one!
