Welcome to the next chapter at The Hive, powered by x+why, a beautifully designed, sustainable work and event space in the heart of the Northern Quarter. 

To celebrate our upcoming launch, we’re hosting an exclusive, fully immersive "Day in the Life" preview on 23rd of July and we’d love for you to join us. Come and see the space that's currently transforming, meet the team and the story behind it, and enjoy a day in the life in the glorious Northern Quarter together.

10:30 -11:30 | Wellness in the Northern Quarter (venue and meeting location to be confirmed).
Start the day with a feel-good wellness experience, featuring gentle yoga and breathwork, a moment to slow down before exploring the building and neighbourhood.

11:15am | Coffee, Croissants, Local Discoveries and Chat with the Team
A visit to one of our favourite independent coffee spots for speciality coffee, flaky pastries on us, a taste of daily life in the Northern Quarter. 

12:30pm | Welcome to The Hive
Walk across to The Hive with us and join our exclusive hard-hat tour with the team. 

1:00pm | Lunch and The Hive Story
Convene in the marketing suite for bubbles, grazing boards and a chat from our design + programming team about what's launching at The Hive. Discover the vision behind the development, from heritage and design inspiration to the future of life at The Hive.

2:30pm - 4pm | Afternoon tours 
Bubbles and grazing at The Hive marketing suite with a talk from design and the programming team followed by hard hat tour of the space. 

4:00pm | Agents and brokers arrive for champagne welcome and hard hat tours 
A behind-the-scenes look at the development, complete with plenty of photo opportunities

5:00pm | Raise a glass at Kerb Wines
Join us to meet the team behind PLOW deli and Dahlia restaurant at the prestigious Kerb Wines. Raise a glass with local professionals and enjoy an afternoon of conversation, connection and neighbourhood storytelling.
