Join the Lincoln’s Inn Western Circuit representatives & fellow members of the Western Circuit for a fun-filled day of creative culinary at the Western Circuit Baking Day – Winchester.

On the day of the event, guests will dust off their aprons for The Bake Off technical challenge - In groups of 2, you'll have two hours to follow a recipe and create your masterpiece for judging. When the time is up, the ultimate bakers will be crowned!

The Bake-off challenge will take place from 10:00 to 13:00, with additional time at the end of the day for guests to try one another's bakes. Attendees are welcome to bring one guest to watch on the day.

Examples of what you might be baking include: Red velvet cake, Croquembouche (Mini profiteroles tower), Chocolate and orange Swiss roll, Lemon meringue pie, or Bakewell tart. Choices will be confirmed on the day.

The event will be hosted by Season Cookery School at Lainston House, Winchester.
