Pop-up Sauna and Icebaths

The Horse Box Sauna will be bringing their 6 man woodfired horse box sauna and cold plunge pools to enjoy near to the lakeside at Hi5 Swim Lake. You can book a 45 min pop-up sauna and icebath experience.

In that time you will have access to both the sauna and icebaths so that you can enjoy the benefits of hot and cold therapy in a relaxed environment in nature. A 40 min session will be £15 per person or a private 40min sauna session for up to 6 people will be £75.

What to bring:

• 2 towels ( one to sit on in the sauna and one to dry yourself with)
• swimwear (no nudity - we are British after all)
• a full water bottle
• a change of clothes for afterwards

Please ensure that you either come from home after a recent shower, use the shower facilities on site or use our outdoor showers before using either the sauna or icebaths in order to keep hygiene standards high.
