To keep you fresh and ready to take on the trails of Endure24 book your sauna and icebath session here.  

You'll find The Horse Box Sauna in the heart of the race village forming part of Endure24's wellbeing offering in 2025. 

We will be available from 12pm-7:30pm on Friday, 7am-12am on Saturday & 12am-3:30am & 6am-2pm on Sunday.

We advise you to book your sauna slot in advance for a time when you have a break and give yourself at least 20 mins from when you finish a lap before you start your sessions. Allowing you time for your heartrate to normalise, for you to hydrate and get as clean as possible before you start. Please either make use of the showers or before you start your session come and use our stand on showers to get yourself clean before your start your session (be warned they are cold). 

Please arrive at least 5 mins before the start of your session so that you can check in. 

Please wear swimwear (we are British after all) and bring your own towel (ideally 2) and water bottle. You'll also need a change of clothes for afterwards. We'll have a changing area by the horsebox or you can come from your tent ready for your sessions.
