Mindset Unlimited Festival - Sauna Sessions

Pop-up Sauna and Cold Plunge

The Horse Box Sauna and Cold Plunge will be at the Mindset Unlimited Festival. Bringing contrast therapy to the festival for the first time,  so don't forget your swimwear. You can book a 25 min pop-up sauna and icebath experience here by checking the times available.

During your session you will have access to both the sauna and cold plunge pools so that you can enjoy the benefits of hot and cold therapy in a relaxed environment. A 25 min session will be £17 per person.

What to bring:

• 2 towels ( one to sit on in the sauna and one to dry yourself with)
• swimwear (no nudity - we are British after all)
• a full water bottle
• flip-flops or sliders
• a change of clothes for afterwards

Please ensure that you either come from home after a recent shower or use our outdoor showers before using either the sauna or icebaths in order to keep hygiene standards high.
