The Horse Box Sauna will be at Stanlake Park Wine Estate, bringing you our next Sauna and Sip sessions. Join us for an afternoon/evening of wellness and wine in the heart of Stanlake Park's beautiful vineyard. You will have the opportunity enjoy the magic of our wood-fired sauna followed by a refreshing glass of wine and delicious food, surrounded by nature.

Whats included in the package?

• A relaxing 50-minute wild sauna and (optional) cold plunge experience 

• A glass of Stanlake Park sparkling wine or there is the option to change to a non-alcoholic drink, beer or cider

• A deli board with options for cheese and/or charcuterie, and vegan, options are

  • Only cheese

  • Only charcuterie

  • Cheese and charcuterie

  • Vegan

N.B. Please note that you will be asked for your food choice during the booking process. You will also be asked to inform us of any food allergies

Your Sauna Session

When you arrive you will be greeted at the Wine Bar and we'll walk you up to where The Horse Box Sauna is located. This may be by the vines, weather permitting, or on the courtyard. You'll first get to enjoy your 40min sauna session surrounded by the beautifully grounds of Stanlake Estate. Up to 6 guests can enjoy the sauna session at one time so it is a really nice thing to do with a group of friends, or simply as a date night with a difference.

The total package price per person is £39.

There are changing facilities on site but you may want to bring a dressing gown or dryrobe with you to walk to and from the sauna.

During your sauna session, you will have access to both the sauna and cold plunge pools. You can spend as much time in each as you are comfortable with and perhaps cycle round a few times.

What do I need to bring with me?

• Your booking confirmation 
• Swimwear 
• 2x towels ( one to sit on in the sauna and one to dry yourself with)
• Flip-flops or sliders 
• Dryrobe or dressing gown and a change of clothes. 

Please ensure you arrive around 10mins before your session is due to start and we'll meet you at the Wine Bar. Please ensure that you read our terms and conditions as you go through the booking process so you understand our sauna etiquette etc.

Please ensure that you either come from home after a recent shower or use our outdoor showers before using either the sauna or icebaths in order to keep hygiene standards high.
