Blackpool Style Assembly is a catwalk fashion event like no other- an underground celebration of sustainable style, music, movement and creativity that rejects the exclusivity and sameness of mainstream fashion events.

Our style is born from our theatrical heritage and a collision of wildly eclectic subcultures. From the artists, makers and creatives who make this place what it is, to the punks, soul boys, indie kids and ravers; drag queens, dancers, performers, misfits and rebels - Blackpool has never had just one look. Our style doesn't follow the crowd. It's honest, brave and beautifully unpredictable.

Whilst the way we dress gives us a powerful way to express ourselves, Style Assembly is also about making a statement on how we consume. Fiercely protective of our coastline and inspired by Blackpool's creative spirit, we aim to reframe our relationship with fashion by choosing creativity over consumption.

Unlike the commercial structure of many fashion shows, Style Assembly has one clear message: RESTYLE. Alongside the spectacle, the event invites audiences to see their wardrobes differently- showing how creativity, styling and imagination can transform what we already own.
