Expert Parent Workshop Transition Age 12 to 18 years Guildford

Join this free workshop and learn how to get the best outcomes for your young person from health and education with special educational needs and/or disabilities.  Your child does not need a diagnosis for you to attend.  This workshop is for parents with children aged 12 to 18 years.
