What Is Kundalini Activation?

Kundalini Activation is an ancient and ancestral healing sensory modality, unique to each individual and each activation.  It is a profound yet, gentle energy transmission that awakens your body’s innate life force energy.

Unlike Kundalini Yoga or breathwork, the Kundalini Activation practice requires no effort, no postures and no techniques, you are simply asked to surrender yourself to your innate life force energy and the ancestral wisdom which resides within.

Carefully selected music supports your journey as the energy moves intelligently through your body, meeting you exactly where you are — physically, emotionally and energetically.

What is Yin and Restorative Yoga?

Yin Yoga (Embodiment & Energetic Integration)

Yin Yoga is offered as a supportive, grounding practice to help integrate the energetic experiences that may arise during Kundalini Activation. Through slow, long-held postures, the practice invites the body to soften and the nervous system to settle, encouraging awareness, embodiment and a felt sense of safety. Yin Yoga supports participants in landing more fully in their physical bodies, allowing energy to move and integrate gently while cultivating presence, trust and inner listening.

Restorative Yoga (Safety, Regulation & Deep Rest)

Restorative Yoga provides a deeply nurturing and stabilising space within the retreat, supporting nervous system regulation and energetic integration. With the body fully supported in restful postures, there is no effort required, allowing the system to relax and recalibrate naturally. Offered alongside Kundalini Activation, this practice creates a strong foundation of safety and containment, helping participants feel held, grounded, and supported as energy settles and the body restores itself through rest.
