Conflict to Connection - God’s Intent for Wholeness through Conflict

Transform the way you handle conflict and the way you show up in relationships.

Conflict to Connection is a one-day, highly interactive workshop that helps you do what most people never learn to do well: navigate conflict in a way that actually strengthens relationships instead of straining them.

Most of us move toward conflict in fear or avoid it altogether. In this course, you’ll learn a biblically grounded, relational approach to conflict that brings clarity, courage, and connection back into hard conversations.

This isn’t a lecture or a theoretical seminar. You’ll practice real skills, build awareness you can use immediately, and walk away with a framework you’ll rely on for the rest of your life.

What You’ll Learn (and Actually Use)

  • Why conflict feels so personal: How the brain and nervous system respond, and how to stay grounded instead of reactive.

  • What drives most conflict below the surface: The hidden desires, assumptions, and emotions that shape how we engage.

  • A simple, biblical way to approach hard conversations: One that honors God, values the other person, and leads toward repair rather than rupture.

  • Skills for the moments that matter: Staying calm, listening deeply, communicating clearly, owning your part, and seeking reconciliation without losing yourself.

  • How to turn conflict into connection: Using tension as an opportunity for trust, intimacy, and growth.

Why This Course Is Different

Many conflict trainings focus on techniques. Others focus only on theology.
This workshop brings both together: real skills, rooted in Scripture, practiced with others in a safe, supportive environment. Using tools that have been taught to over 500,000 people across 120 countries, you'll be well prepared to use practical techniques to improve how you handle conflict.

You’ll leave with:

  • A repeatable process you can use in marriages, friendships, teams, ministries, and families

  • Confidence to enter conversations you’ve been avoiding

  • A shift in how you see conflict: not as a threat, but as an invitation to wholeness

  • Tools that will keep serving you long after the class is over

For most people, this workshop becomes a turning point: one that changes how they relate for years to come.

Who It’s For

Anyone who wants to:

  • Handle conflict with courage instead of fear

  • Strengthen their relationships

  • Lead conversations with more emotional and spiritual maturity

  • Become someone who brings peace without avoiding truth

  • Learn a biblical approach to conflict that is both compassionate and practical

If you’ve ever thought, “There has to be a better way to do this,” - this course is that way.
