This is a sanctuary for busy minds, tired bodies and anyone who feels overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure where to begin.
Wonky Warriors Mind Sanctuary is a slow, nourishing blend of meditation, somatic movement and yin yoga, created especially for absolute beginners and those who find stillness or traditional meditation challenging.
Led by Jo, this class gently supports you to reconnect with your body and calm your nervous system, without pressure, performance, or expectation. Everything is guided, optional, and adaptable — you are always in control of how deeply you participate.
