DJ The Glo joins forces with Jo once again to bring you the next instalment of our Yoga Rave… and this time, we're taking it Old Skool. Think 80s, 90s & 00s classics...

Forget silent studios and serious yoga… this is your invitation to move, breathe, dance and completely let go to some of the biggest feel-good tunes from the last few decades.

Over two uplifting hours, we'll flow through a playful, dance-inspired yoga practice as DJ The Glo brings the soundtrack to life. Expect iconic anthems, guilty pleasures, singalongs, big beats and plenty of opportunities to move in whatever way feels good all with Glow Sticks!

We'll take a break to enjoy delicious Kombucha, have time for chats and then… we'll turn up the tunes for a little Old Skool freestyle boogie.

No pressure.
No judgement.
No yoga or dance experience required.
