9.15am – Nutrition & Lifestyle with Mary Harris
Mary will explore the role of nutrition and lifestyle during menopause, sharing practical advice and ideas to help support your body through this changing stage of life. There will also be time for questions, so bring along the things you’ve always wanted to ask!
Mary Harris is a menopause educator and nutrition coach whose interest in menopause began through her own experience of early menopause around 20 years ago, at a time when there was far less information, awareness and open conversation about it than there is today. Determined to understand what was happening to her body, Mary began researching menopause, nutrition and midlife health, developing a passion for the subject that has continued ever since. She has since undertaken formal menopause training with Menopause Experts and studied nutrition with nutritionist Amanda Hamilton. Today, Mary combines her lived experience, two decades of learning and more formal training to help women better understand their changing bodies and feel more informed and confident about their health, nutrition, lifestyle and conversations with healthcare professionals.
10am – Brain Fog & Overload with Jody Brooks
Join midlife coach Jody Brooks for a practical, compassionate session on finding clarity when life feels full and your thinking feels foggy. Explore what’s on your plate, what matters now and one small next step, with simple tools to try and no pressure to share.
Jody Brooks journey into personal development began in his twenties, following a mental health crisis that introduced him to a lifelong path of self-awareness and growth. After 30 years in hairdressing as a stylist, educator and salon owner, he discovered a passion for coaching and empowering others. In 2021, personal and professional challenges led him to close his salon and rethink what came next. What followed was a journey of rediscovery, learning to let go of external expectations, embrace authenticity and reconnect with what truly matters. Now, approaching 52, Jody feels more at peace and excited about the next chapter. His own journey has become his purpose: helping others discover their truth and create more authentic, joyful and fulfilling lives.
10.45am – Cacao & Connection Break
Time for a little break, a delicious cacao and a nutrition ball, plus an opportunity to chat, connect and digest everything we’ve learned so far.
11am – Hormones, HRT & Menopause with Katie Day
What on earth is the menopause? What do all those hormones actually do? When does perimenopause start? And should I consider HRT?
Katie Day will cut through some of the confusion around menopause and hormones, exploring what happens during perimenopause and menopause, the role of different hormones, HRT and ways women can support themselves non-medically. There’ll be plenty of time for your questions too.
Katie Day is one of the leading voices on menopause in the UK, having worked in the field for over a decade and spoken with thousands of women about their experiences. She has worked in the ED&I space for over 30 years and has published two books on women’s personal development.
Her latest book, Menopause is Really Strange, was published in August 2026 and Katie will have signed copies available to purchase at the event for the special price of £10.
Katie works closely with a clinical partner who is a Professor of Gynaecology and is an Associate of the British Menopause Society. Her menopause work is evidence-based, well researched and delivered from a neutral standpoint.
11.45am – Book Break
A chance to browse Katie’s book, have a chat and take a little breather before our final session.
12pm – Yoga for Menopause with Sarah Warner
