Join us for an event with Include Youth focusing on Volunteer engagement, Children’s Rights and Participation Workshop.

Include Youth is a rights-based charity that focuses on improving the lives of young people in or leaving care, from disadvantaged communities, or whose rights are not being met. They work to enhance employability, personal and social development, and inclusion. We are very proud to work with them as a community partner tackling inequality in society. 

Through engaging activities, you'll explore what participation truly means, examine various participation models, and understand their benefits. The workshop aims to empower you to become an advocate for positive change, challenge negative stereotypes, and promote the use of respectful, appropriate language and behaviour. Together, we’ll identify strategies to enhance participation at different levels and foster a supportive environment that values every child's voice.

Lunch provided at end of session approx 13.30 to take with you or stay and chat.
