These are some of the questions we have been asked by clients.
If you have any other questions you would like us to answer please e mail Jane@IODB.co.uk
Q Can I bring my team?
A We actively encourage you to bring as many of your team as possible because implementation is easier, and your results will be better, better. No additional charges for team members, one practice, one price.
Q Do you have a guarantee?
A Yes, we have a double your investment guarantee. Terms and conditions apply. Everyone has doubled their investment as a minimum and not claimed on the guarantee.
Q Will I get value if I come alone?
A You can come alone, and will get great value. Other people have made that choice too. What they have said afterwards is they wish they had brought their team, so they could have implemented the changes more effectively. Delegates that attend on their own, ususally repeat the course, bringing their team.
Q How do I fit this around my surgery and family commitments?
A It can be challenging to fit this around your surgery and family commitments, and there is rarely a perfect time. Many practice owners have found it works best to book key dates into the diary well in advance, so the whole team can plan around them. Sometimes, it is necessary to accept that not everyone will be able to attend every event, and that’s fine. The important thing is to commit to the process, involve as many of the team as possible, and keep the momentum going so everyone benefits over time.
Q Do you offer payment plans?
A Yes, of course you can. We over 0% staged payments over 6, 12, or 24 months.
Email Jane, Jane@IODB.co.uk to book a time to have a conversation to discuss your requirements.
Q Can I start the course part way through or must I start in January?
A Starting in January is the ideal option, but we recognise that your diary and other commitments may make this difficult. To help you get started as soon as possible, this is a rolling programme, so you can join at any time and still attend all 10 workshops. If you join after January, your remaining workshops will simply roll into the following year’s schedule.
Q I have another question that is not listed here.
A Please e mail Jane@IODB.co.uk and we will answer all of your questions.
