The Practice Owners Club is a confidential, principals-only forum created for dental practice owners who want space to think clearly, share learning, and feel supported by peers who truly understand the responsibility of ownership.

Running a practice can be rewarding and isolating in equal measure. These monthly meetings provide a safe, respectful environment where you can step away from the day-to-day pressures and engage in thoughtful, facilitated discussion with like-minded and motivated colleagues.

This is not a lecture series. Each session is a collaborative conversation, shaped by the needs, questions, and experiences of the group. The emphasis is on reflection, shared insight, and practical learning that supports you as a leader and principal.

• Dental practice owners and principals only
• Those who value confidentiality, psychological safety, and peer support
• Principals who want to learn alongside others rather than work in isolation

What your investment includes

• Access to all 10 Practice Owners Club meetings in 2028
• Monthly facilitated sessions lasting 60 minutes
• A consistent peer group, with limited attendance to preserve quality of discussion
• A supportive, non-judgemental space to explore challenges, decisions, and leadership thinking,
• This is a rolling event, if you access the event midway through 2028, you will access 10 events through to 2029.

Please note: this ticket is a block booking for the full programme of 10 meetings. Individual sessions are not sold separately.
