Our Employability Essentials workshops are aimed at employment service practitioners looking to improve their practical coaching skills. It extends the content in our Employability Essentials, the most comprehensive sector induction available on the Australian market.

Each masterclass is 45 minutes long.

The Emotional Intelligence workshop empowers employability practitioners to enhance their emotional intelligence (EI) and apply it effectively in their work with participants. Key topics include understanding the core elements of EI—self-awareness, self-regulation, social awareness, and social skills—and developing EI-based strategies to support individuals facing complex challenges.

Through case studies and interactive activities, learners will practice applying EI to improve participant engagement, manage emotions, and foster positive relationships.

The course also provides personal development opportunities for practitioners to assess and enhance their own EI competencies, helping them to achieve job role requirements and build stronger professional connections.
