Inclusive Employability | Employability Essentials Workshop

Our Employability Essentials workshops are aimed at employment service practitioners looking to improve their practical coaching skills. It extends the content in our Employability Essentials, the most comprehensive sector induction available on the Australian market.

Each masterclass is 45 minutes long.

The Inclusive Employability workshop focuses on enhancing employability practitioners' understanding of disability inclusion and reasonable workplace adjustments.

Participants will explore the legal framework around reasonable adjustments, identify common barriers to supporting participants with disabilities. and the tools and solutions available to practitioners.

The session provides practical strategies for applying this knowledge through real-world case studies, enabling practitioners to advocate for participants, overcome workplace challenges, and help employers make necessary adjustments to foster inclusive employment opportunities.
