Our Employability Essentials workshops are aimed at employment service practitioners looking to improve their practical coaching skills. It extends the content in our Employability Essentials, the most comprehensive sector induction available on the Australian market.

Each masterclass is 45 minutes long.

The Art of Disclosure workshop is designed to help employability practitioners guide participants through the sensitive process of disclosing personal information, such as health conditions or criminal records, in job applications. The session covers legal protections and obligations, as well as strategies for discussing mental health, disability, and criminal records with employers.

Through case studies, breakout activities, and real-world scenarios, learners will develop practical skills to support participants in making informed decisions about disclosure, while also preparing them for potential outcomes. This course emphasises the importance of timing, context, and framing disclosures to enhance job prospects while mitigating bias.
