Brunch Fundraiser for The Invisible Dog / Lucien's 60th

On October 27, 2025, Lucien Zayan turns 60! 

To mark the occasion, Lucien (Chef Ambition) is whipping up a one-of-a-kind brunch to toast this diamond jubilee and raise funds for The Invisible Dog’s 17th season. 

The brunch is hosted by The Scion Project on Smith Street, Brooklyn, partner of The Invisible Dog.

Lucien has concocted a special menu with some of his favorites, from his three countries with of course, the SAM twist: 

- Pumpkin Potage (America)
- Oeuf à la coque with mouillettes and salted butter  (France)
- Croque Monsieur (or Croque Madame, which replaces Oeuf à la coque) (France)
- Mahalabia (Egypt)

- One hot beverage (Latte, Cappuccino, Matcha...)
- Unlimited Drip / Filter Coffee 

Pay as you wish with minimum donation of $60 (partially tax deductible) 
Extra donation are fully tax deductible
