The Markfield AI Symposium is an inaugural, three-day residential gathering bringing together leading British Muslim technologists, professional bodies, business leaders, policy experts, and strategic thinkers. We will explore the most pressing challenges facing the Muslim community and co-create AI-driven solutions with real-world impact. 

This is not another networking event. It’s a hands-on, outcomes-focused weekend where participants will:

• Identify problems across five roundtables across Healthcare, Policy, Charities, Media, and Education.
• Build a solution to one problem identified per roundtable.
• Develop partnerships that can grow beyond the event.
• Contribute to a living repository of AI projects to support the Ummah and inspire long-term change.

Programme Overview
Friday 7th November | Evening Reception

• Informal fireside chat, and networking to connect with subject matter experts.

Saturday 8th November | Roundtable Sessions

• Five roundtables across Healthcare, Policy, Charities, Media, and Education to identify the most pressing challenges facing the Ummah. 

Sunday 9th November | Hackathon

• A full-day hackathon to build a solution to one problem per roundtable identified on Saturday.
