The Ivors Academy AGM 2026

Join us on Wednesday 16 September for The Ivors Academy AGM in-person at the Courthouse Hotel, London or online via Zoom.

Only Core and Professional members can attend in-person, vote and ask questions at the AGM. Discovery members can attend online via Zoom but cannot vote or ask questions.

If you can't attend, you can still have your say by appointing a proxy to vote on your behalf and submitting a question via email.

You must register in advance to attend the AGM by 16:00 on Tuesday 15 September.

Ask a question

Core and professional members are welcome to ask a question in advance about the business of the meeting. Please email membership@ivorsacademy.com by 16:00 on Tuesday 15 September. There will also be time for questions from members on the day. Only Professional and Core members can ask questions.

How to vote if you can't attend

If you can’t attend the AGM, you can still have your say by appointing a proxy to speak and vote on your behalf. Download a proxy form, complete and return by email or post by 16:00 on Tuesday 15 September.

To appoint the Chair as your proxy to vote on your behalf, use the name Tom Gray and email address tom.gray@ivorsacademy.com to complete the form.

Late or unsigned forms, however delivered, cannot be accepted.
