Ella & The Bossa Beat is an international father-daughter duo featuring the 25 yr old Jazz singer and pianist Ella Blu and Grammy nominated drummer and percussionist Magrus Borges, who played with Astrud Gilberto, Bebel Gilberto, Grace Jones, Shakira and many others. Together they present a classy jazz soul style with Brazilian influences. They have released 3 original albums and have toured internationally, playing at the famous Blue Note in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo, Brazil and at the Blue Note in Milan, Italy. They are currently based in Orlando, Florida and have been performing at the Dr. Phillips Center for the Arts in Orlando, have a residency at Universal Orlando Portofino Resort and recently released their 3rd original album 'Paradise'.
