I keep getting error messages when trying to book online and it won't let me, why?
There may be a few reasons for this:

• Foreign credit card.
• Past cut-off time for payment If you are past the cut-off time for payment, you will need to pay at the door of the event.
• Incomplete transaction. Many payments are started however not finished which means that the payment is never processed. Please make sure that complete your transaction by submitting it at the end. You will receive an email notification confirming payment shortly after completing the ticket purchase process.

I don't own a printer to print out my ticket, can you send paper tickets to me?

• For the Showhouse you just need to show the bar code section of your ticket, it is then scanned at the door.
  
• Tickets can be printed or shown on your digital device.
• We do NOT have a guest list at the door of the Showhouse.
• You may show your e-mail confirmation at the door. If you have booked multiple tickets for your friends, they will need to quote your name to get in.

How long will it take to tour the houses?
No more than 1.5 hours depending on how long is spent in each room.
