• Buttermilk Pancakes (V) (VE*) - Blueberry compote, barrel-aged maple syrup - (Add smoked streaky bacon +£3)
• Porridge - Honey, mixed berries & cinnamon

MAIN COURSE

• New Year's Full English - Derbyshire sausage, smoked streaky bacon, fried egg, truffle mushroom, roast tomato, home baked beans, black pudding, hash brown
• Vegetarian Full English (V) (Ve*) - Plant-based sausage, avocado, grilled halloumi, truffle mushroom, roast tomato, fried egg, baked beans, hash brown
• Champagne Royale - Poached eggs, smoked salmon, toasted English muffins and brown butter hollandaise - (Upgrade to Champagne hollandaise +£3)
• Eggs Benedict - Poached eggs, marmalade glazed smoked ham hock, toasted English muffins and brown butter hollandaise
• Smashed Avocado (V) (Ve*) - Poached eggs over smashed avocado on toasted sourdough, jalapeño chimichurri
• Breakfast Sandwich - Bacon, sausage & egg
