Find out if you’ve made Santa’s Naughty or Nice List, share your Christmas wishes, sing festive songs together, and tell him everything that’s on your Christmas list. Don’t forget to capture the moment with a special photo to treasure forever!

*The Festive Afternoon Tea is a separate experience and is not included within your Santa's Grotto booking. Booking for this is essential.

Important details:

• Please select your preferred arrival time from the ticket selection. 
• Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your chosen time.
• The group experience will consist of no more than 14 children. 
• These sessions are ideal for children under the age of 8. Older children are welcome to attend, but please be aware that the experience and gift are aimed at under 8s. 
• There will be an opportunity for a photo with Santa at the end of the session. No flash photography is permitted.
• Babies under 9 months are welcome to attend a session without a ticket, as long as they are accompanied by a paying child.
• Prices are for children. Each booking admits a child and two accompanying adults. Additional adults will be required to pay £5 per person on the day.
• Buggies must be left outside the room.
